- Certified (e.g., NROC, AustSwim, SSI, SwimSafer, Lifesaving Certifications)
- Passionate about Teaching – Enjoy working with children, adults, or competitive swimmers
- Responsible & Reliable – Punctual, professional, and committed to students’ progress
- Great with People – Friendly and patient with strong communication skills
- Able to Work at Condo & Public Pools across Singapore

Your earnings depend on the number of classes you take. Our private swim coaches typically earn between $3,000 - $7,000+ per month, depending on experience and availability.
No! Penguin Swim School handles student enrollment, marketing, and scheduling. You just need to focus on delivering high-quality lessons.
We offer lessons for infants, toddlers, kids, adults, ladies-only classes, and competitive swimmers. You can choose which age groups you’re comfortable coaching.
